• Identity and contact details: name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address.
• Order details: products bought, order history, invoices, delivery instructions, serial numbers registered for warranty.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card only. Bank transfers show your account name.
• Trade account details: company name, trading address, website or marketplace store, and the name of your contact person.
• Communications: emails, phone notes and support requests, including photos or videos you send us about a fault.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and server logs.

• Trade partners — if you buy from a Cruzzer dropshipping partner, they pass us your delivery details so we can ship your order; we use them only for that purpose.

5. International transfers
