Cruzzer is an electric transport brand founded in 2024, with a trademark registered in the United Kingdom and China. We design and build electric scooters, e-bikes, electric mopeds and electric motorbikes for people who ride every day: commuters, delivery riders, rental fleets and anyone who simply wants a better way to get around. Cruzzer UK Ltd brings the brand to British customers with UK stock, a Reading service centre and prices that include VAT and a 12-month warranty.

Our story

Cruzzer started with a simple observation: too many electric vehicles are sold on headline numbers that do not survive contact with the real world. Ranges quoted for a featherweight rider on a flat road, peak power figures presented as continuous, batteries that fade within a season. We set out to do the opposite — publish honest specifications, use proven electrical components and stand behind the product with a proper warranty and spare parts.

The company's design, production and representative centres are located in China, the United Kingdom and Ukraine. Today more than 12,000 riders worldwide use a Cruzzer, with an average customer rating of 4.7.

Cruzzer in the UK

Cruzzer UK Ltd, registered in England & Wales, operates from Office 1, 3 Friars Walk, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1HR. Our warehouse, service centre and office share the same site, so vehicles ordered before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day, repairs are diagnosed within five working days, and customers who prefer to collect can do so free of charge by appointment. Tracked UK mainland delivery costs £39 per order and takes 2–4 working days.

Warranty and service

Every Cruzzer vehicle carries a 12-month warranty on the frame, motor, controller, display and electronics and 6 months on the battery. Important: UK road use

Privately owned e-scooters may not currently be ridden on public roads, cycle lanes or pavements in Great Britain; they are sold for use on private land with the landowner's permission. E-bikes above the EAPC limits (250 W, 15.5 mph / 25 km/h) and all mopeds and motorbikes require registration, insurance, tax and an appropriate licence for road use. We state the legal position clearly on every product page, and buyers are responsible for complying with the law.
