What is Cruzzer?
Cruzzer is an electric transport brand: e-scooters, e-bikes, electric mopeds and electric motorbikes. In the UK we serve retail customers and trade partners — shops, marketplace sellers, dropshippers and wholesalers — from our Reading warehouse.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Tracked UK mainland courier delivery is £39 per order and takes 2–4 working days (DPD, DHL or Evri; e-bikes, mopeds and motorbikes go by pallet or two-man delivery). Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day. Collection from our Reading warehouse is free by appointment. Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are quoted on request.
Is it legal to ride an e-scooter in the UK?
Not on public roads yet. It is currently illegal to ride a privately owned e-scooter on public roads, cycle lanes or pavements in Great Britain; you may ride on private land with the landowner's permission. Rental e-scooters in government trial areas are the only legal on-road option. E-bikes can be ridden on the road as bicycles if they have a motor of up to 250 W, assistance that cuts off at 15.5 mph (25 km/h) and pedals; more powerful models are for private land or need registration, insurance, tax and a licence. Buyers are responsible for complying with the law.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. The frame, motor, controller, display and electronics are covered for 12 months; the battery for 6 months (capacity loss from normal use is not a defect). Consumables such as tyres, brake pads, inner tubes and grips are not covered, nor is damage from misuse, water ingress, unauthorised repair or modification, racing or overloading.
What if it breaks down?
Email [email protected] and send the vehicle or the faulty part to our UK warehouse. Our in-house service centre will diagnose it within 5 working days and confirm whether the repair is under warranty (free) or chargeable — you get a quote before any work starts.
Do you work with trade and dropshipping?
Yes. We offer trade pricing for shops, marketplace sellers, dropshippers and wholesale partners. Terms depend on volume and are agreed individually. Open a partner account online or email [email protected].
Where are you located?
Our UK warehouse, collection point and service centre are at Office 1, 3 Friars Walk, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1HR. Collection is by appointment, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer (BACS or Faster Payments) against a pro-forma invoice, by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via a secure payment link sent after ordering, or by card or cash on collection. All prices include VAT at 20%.
