We deliver Cruzzer electric scooters, e-bikes, electric mopeds and motorbikes across the UK mainland from our warehouse in Reading, Berkshire. Every order is tracked and insured in transit, and you can also collect free of charge by appointment.

UK mainland courier delivery

• Cost: £39 per order, however many items you buy.
• Time: 2–4 working days from dispatch.
• Carriers: DPD, DHL or Evri, depending on parcel size and destination.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us; most carriers then text or email a one-hour delivery window on the day.
• Signature: a signature is required on delivery. Parcels are not left unattended.

Pallet and two-man delivery for larger vehicles

E-bikes, seated e-scooters, electric mopeds and electric motorbikes are too heavy for a standard parcel network, so they travel by pallet or two-man delivery. The carrier will contact you to agree a delivery day; someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign. Delivery is to the kerbside or ground-floor entrance, and the same £39 charge applies on the UK mainland.

Dispatch times

Orders paid before 14:00 on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed after 14:00, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day. If you pay by bank transfer, we dispatch once the payment has cleared. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding English bank holidays. During busy periods we will tell you before you pay if a longer lead time applies.

Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands

Delivery to these areas is quoted on request. Email [email protected] with your postcode and the model you are interested in before ordering and we will confirm the price and transit time, which is usually one to two days longer than the mainland. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

Free collection from our Reading warehouse

You are welcome to collect your order from Cruzzer UK Ltd, Office 1, 3 Friars Walk, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1HR. Collection is free and by appointment, Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00. Choose “Collection” at checkout and we will email you as soon as your order is ready — usually the same or next working day. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID. If you have not prepaid, you can pay on collection by card or cash. Our team will unbox the vehicle and run through the basics with you if you would like.

Check your order on receipt

Please look at the outer packaging before you sign. If the box is crushed, torn or wet, either note “damaged” on the courier's device or refuse the delivery. Unpack and inspect the vehicle within 48 hours, and report any damage or missing items to [email protected] with photographs. Reporting promptly lets us claim against the carrier and get a replacement to you quickly; it does not affect your statutory rights.
