We answer every email within one working day. For a faster response to a technical question, include your order number, model and serial number, and attach photos or a short video if the vehicle is showing a fault.

Collection and viewing by appointment

You can collect your order free of charge from our warehouse. Choose “Collection” at checkout and we will email you when it is ready; then call or reply to book a time slot, Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID. If you have not prepaid, you can pay on collection by card or cash. If you would like to see a model before you decide, ask us — we can arrange a viewing and a short demonstration on our private premises, subject to stock.

How to find us

We are at 3 Friars Walk in the centre of Reading, a few minutes' walk from Reading station and the Oracle car parks; collections are by appointment.

Trade enquiries

Retailers, marketplace sellers, dropshippers and rental or delivery fleets can register for a trade account at /partner/register.php or email [email protected]. A dedicated account manager will reply within one working day with the trade price list and terms. See our Wholesale and Dropshipping pages for an overview.

Press and partnerships

For media enquiries, product loans, sponsorship or brand partnerships, email [email protected] with “Press” in the subject line.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, we want to know. Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We acknowledge complaints within one working day and aim to resolve them within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
