Sell Cruzzer electric transport without holding stock

Dropshipping with Cruzzer UK lets you list our electric scooters, e-bikes and electric mopeds on your own website or marketplace store and leave storage, packing and delivery to us. When a customer buys from you, you place the order with us at the trade price and we dispatch it from our Reading warehouse straight to your customer's door, in packaging that carries no Cruzzer branding. There is no minimum order and no monthly fee — you pay per order.

How it works

1. Open a trade account at /partner/register.php and select dropshipping. We normally approve accounts within one working day.
2. Connect the product feed. Your cabinet gives you a CSV/XML feed with titles, descriptions, specifications in UK units (mph, miles), images, RRP, your trade price and live stock. Import it into Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Amazon or your own platform; it updates as stock changes so you never sell what we do not have.
3. List and sell at your own retail price. The margin between your price and our trade price is yours.
4. Forward the order to us in the cabinet: your customer's name, delivery address, phone number, model and colour. Pay per order by card or bank transfer — no deposit, no subscription.
5. We dispatch. Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a working day leave the warehouse the same or next working day. The tracking number appears in your cabinet for you to pass on to your customer.
6. Your customer receives the vehicle within 2–4 working days on the UK mainland, in a plain outer carton with your business name shown as the sender if you wish.

What you get

• UK stock, UK delivery — tracked DPD, DHL or Evri delivery for e-scooters, pallet delivery for e-bikes and mopeds. Our standard UK mainland delivery charge of £39 per order applies; most partners build it into their retail price or list it as a delivery fee.
• Marketing content — studio photography, video and marketplace-ready descriptions you may use in your listings.
• Warranty and technical support — every vehicle carries our 12-month UK warranty (6 months on the battery). Your customer can contact [email protected] directly or go through you; repairs are handled at our service centre in Reading.
• Account manager — a named contact for stock queries, pre-orders and anything unusual.

Who it suits

Dropshipping suits eBay and Amazon sellers who want a high-value category without warehousing, Shopify and WooCommerce store owners adding electric transport to an existing range, and retailers who want to offer the full Cruzzer catalogue online while stocking only a few display models.

Returns and faulty goods

Your customer's statutory 14-day cooling-off right applies to your sale. Change-of-mind returns are accepted back to our warehouse in unused condition and original packaging within 14 days; we refund you the trade price less the outbound delivery cost. Important: UK road use

Privately owned e-scooters may not currently be ridden on public roads, cycle lanes or pavements in Great Britain; they are sold for private land use with the landowner's permission. E-bikes above the EAPC limits (250 W, assistance cut-off at 15.5 mph / 25 km/h) and all mopeds and motorbikes need registration, insurance, tax and an appropriate licence for road use. Your listings must make this clear to buyers; we provide approved wording in the cabinet.
